Technical Manager – Commercial Heat Pumps

As Technical Manager, you’ll take technical ownership of commercial heat pump solutions, supporting new business opportunities across a range of decarbonisation projects. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and end users to develop high-quality, compliant, and efficient system designs.

The Technical Manager – Heat Pumps will be responsible for:

• Acting as the technical expert on commercial heat pump systems and applications
• Developing and managing product specifications, technical documentation, and project proposals
• Supporting pre-sales activity including system sizing, selection, and design reviews
• Engaging with consultants, contractors, and clients to build strong working relationships
• Ensuring solutions meet current regulations, standards, and performance requirements
• Collaborating with internal teams across sales, engineering, and product development
• Driving specification-led opportunities and supporting project conversion

This role requires experience within commercial heat pumps, HVAC, or renewable building services. You may come from a technical, design, or pre-sales background, with experience working with consultants and contractors on commercial projects.
