We’re working with a leading UK business in the HVAC sector – a company renowned for engineering excellence and innovation, with over 90 years of heritage in designing premium climate control and indoor air quality solutions. With a full suite of products spanning chillers, heat pumps, air conditioning and ventilation systems, plus strong sustainability credentials, they’re widely respected by Mechanical Consultants across commercial projects.
They have a multi-million-pound project pipeline in London and the South East and are now seeking to strengthen their specification sales team in the region.
As Specification Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of consultant accounts, promoting solutions across chillers, heat pumps, air conditioning and ventilation for commercial developments. You’ll manage long-standing relationships, deliver CPD presentations to consulting engineers, and help secure high-value project specifications from early design through to approval.
You’ll ideally bring experience as a Specification Sales Manager within the HVAC or building services space – particularly with air conditioning, chillers, ventilation or heat pump solutions. Strong contacts with Consultants in London will be key, along with a track record of securing project specifications and delivering technical presentations.

Specification Sales Manager Package:
- Basic salary: £50,000 – £60,000
