True are partnered with a growing M&E contractor delivering high-value mechanical packages across Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Fit-Out projects. With continued expansion and several new projects kicking off, the business is now looking for a Senior Contracts Manager to take ownership of mechanical delivery across multiple sites while supporting the wider operations team.

This role sits within a close-knit mechanical department and offers the chance to play a key part in the company’s growth, overseeing a small team of Contracts Managers and ensuring that projects are delivered smoothly, safely, and to the standards clients expect.

Key Responsibilities – Senior Contracts Manager

• Head up and run mechanical construction packages including ventilation, AC, heating, and plumbing
• Oversee delivery across several live projects at any one time, typically valued in the few-million-pound range
• Manage and support a small team of Contracts Managers, providing guidance and oversight
• Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, and Operations teams to drive coordinated delivery
• Attend client meetings and ensure projects are delivered to the highest possible standard

Ideal Candidate

You’ll bring strong mechanical expertise across HVAC and building services, with a background managing full mechanical packages on robust construction projects. You’ll be confident overseeing multiple projects at once, comfortable leading teams, and experienced in client-facing delivery. This role suits someone who thrives in a growing business and wants to influence how projects are run as the company continues to scale.
