Senior / Application Engineer – Data Centre Cooling

We’re working with a global leader in precision cooling and mission-critical HVAC solutions – a company known for its technical innovation, reliability, and strong presence in the data centre sector. With a comprehensive product range and a commitment to efficiency and sustainability, they continue to set the standard in advanced cooling technologies.

They’re now looking to strengthen their technical team with both a Senior Applications Engineer and an Applications Engineer. These roles will play a pivotal part in supporting sales, delivering accurate equipment selections and quotations, and acting as the technical focal point across the business.

Working closely with end users, contractors, and consultants, you’ll provide in-depth technical support to the sales team, assist with system design and product configuration, and ensure that proposals meet performance, efficiency, and specification requirements. You’ll also analyse competitor equipment and market trends, feeding insights back to the product development and management teams to help shape future innovation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cooling, refrigeration, or HVAC applications engineering, with a good understanding of system design, selection software, and commercial awareness. Experience supporting mission-critical or data centre projects would be highly advantageous.

The Senior / Applications Engineer will receive:

• Senior Applications Engineer: Up to £60,000 basic
• Applications Engineer: £45,000 – £50,000 basic
• Company Bonus
• Company pension
• 25 days plus Bank Holidays
