Outside Sales Rep – Austin

We’re representing a global leader in Commercial and Data Center HVAC, manufacturing VRF, chillers, and air handlers, with dedicated divisions across both equipment and service.

They are looking to recruit Account Managers and Outside Sales Representatives for their busiest regions in San Antonio and Austin. This is a client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, working closely with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, and building owners to support system design, specification, and project delivery. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping projects from early design through to completion, combining technical input with a commercial focus.

Accounts will be aligned with your background and expertise, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships, drive equipment sales, and identify new business across a high-growth territory.

Outside Sales Rep Responsibilities:

• Experience selling into consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, or building owners

• Experience selling air handlers, chillers, or VRF within the commercial or data centre sectors

• Ideally based in Austin or Central Texas and willing to commute or we are open to consider individuals looking to relocate to the Austin
