We’re partnered with a global leader in the Air Movement sector – a business recognised for engineering excellence and a diverse product portfolio trusted by consultants and contractors across the UK. With a turnover in the hundreds of millions and projects spanning commercial offices, pharma, and specialist labs, they continue to set the benchmark for quality and innovation in HVAC solutions.
Their product range covers AHUs, Fan Coil Units, and Air Diffusion systems – designed to deliver reliable performance, energy efficiency, and seamless integration on complex projects. With several framework agreements in place and an enviable reputation in the marketplace, they’re now seeking to strengthen their sales team in the South West / Midlands region.
As Key Account Manager, you’ll take responsibility for several of their largest contractor and consultant accounts, currently generating £3-4m annually. Your focus will be on developing these partnerships, driving system solution sales, and securing high-value project packages across commercial and specialist sectors.
For this role, you’ll ideally bring experience as a Key Account Manager / Sales Manager / Specification Sales professional within the building services or HVAC space – particularly selling AHUs, Fan Coils, Diffusion, or related mechanical solutions. We’re also open to individuals with experience in connected technologies such as Chillers, Heat Pumps, Boilers, HIUs, or Air Conditioning provided they have dealt with similar customers.
As Key Account Manager, you will receive:
- £60,000 – £75,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
