Key Account Manager – London

We’re representing a leading UK business in HVAC – renowned for engineering excellence, energy-efficient solutions, and low-carbon innovation. Their portfolio includes large Air Source Heat Pumps, Chillers and Ventilation for commercial and large-scale residential projects.

We’re looking for a Key Projects Manager to drive specification at Main Contractors, Fit-Out, Refurbishment contractors, and M&E teams across London and the South East. In this role, you’ll identify Design & Build and Break Specification opportunities, influence project design, deliver CPDs, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. You’ll also track projects, manage pipeline activity, and ensure technical solutions meet sustainability, efficiency, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal Key Account Manager will have experience influencing contractor-level specifications in HVAC or building services, knowledge of chillers, heat pumps, ventilation or mechanical systems, and excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.

The Key Account Manager Package:
