Chiller, AHU & VRF Inside Sales Engineer / Applications Engineer – Austin, TX

We’re recruiting on behalf of a National Applied Systems Distributor & Manufacturer’s Representative supporting contractors across Texas. The business supplies Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and VRF systems for Commercial, Industrial, and Data Centre projects.

They are now seeking an Inside Sales Engineer / Applications Engineer to join their Austin office. This role will focus on equipment selection, system estimating, and light project coordination for owners and contractors. With the company planning to triple the size of their Austin premises, this is a key hire as they prepare for major growth driven by the region’s rapidly expanding economy and increasing demand for HVAC, chilled water, and applied systems equipment.

Inside Sales Engineer / Applications Engineer Package

• $90,000–$115,000 base salary
• 15% bonus

Inside Sales Engineer / Applications Engineer Requirements

• Experience with Chillers, Air Handling Units, or VRF systems
• Skilled in equipment selection and estimating
• Interested in progressing toward Outside Sales or Project Management
• Preferably experienced in Commercial, Industrial, or Data Centre projects
