Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer Required

True are exclusively representing a multi-national decarbonisation and data-centre specialist who work in partnership with local authorities and developers to create low-carbon energy solutions for new build and retrofit projects across Europe.

The business is growing rapidly, having doubled its turnover in the last three years. They have recently appointed two new Heads of Department to continue the expansion of their design team from their new Decarbonisation HQ in Birmingham.

We’re looking for an Intermediate Electrical / Design Engineer to support the technical workload and assist in managing clients. There is a clear path for career progression, and you’ll be backed by a wider design team based across several of their flagship offices.

Key Skills / Experience:

• Electrical design for building services, decarbonisation, and data-centre projects
• Project delivery across all RIBA stages
• Client liaison and stakeholder management
• Team support and mentoring

Intermediate Electrical / Design Engineer Package:

• Up to £55,000 Base Salary – DOE
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Annual performance-related bonus
• Travel mileage claim
• Pension
