Director of Sales – Data Centers

I’m recruiting on behalf of a global OEM and market-leading Critical Cooling & Thermal Management specialist with a strong presence across the Data Center market in the Americas.

They are looking to appoint a Director of Sales to lead a national Business Development and Key Accounts team, driving growth across a $1bn+ sales budget within the mission-critical and data center sector.

This is a commercial and strategic sales leadership role focused on developing data center sales strategy, expanding key customer relationships, driving business growth, leading, developing, and recruiting high-performing sales teams, while providing executive oversight on major customer opportunities, tender reviews, and high-value contract negotiations.

The successful candidate will have experience leading sales teams within HVAC, critical cooling, thermal management, or data center infrastructure, with the ability to drive new business, grow existing accounts, and support continued expansion across the Americas.

This is one of the most senior appointments within their Americas operation, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a global data center cooling and HVAC leader.

Package:
