We’re looking for a Business Development Manager / Specification Sales Manager to engage with contractors, consultants, and end users to secure specifications and drive sales on large commercial projects across East Anglia. In this role, you’ll develop strong relationships across your territory, influence design decisions, convert opportunities into pipeline wins, and support customers with tailored HVAC solutions. You’ll champion AHUs, rooftop systems, chillers and R290 heat pump technologies, while ensuring commercial objectives and project outcomes are met.
They’re offering an industry-leading package, including a competitive base salary and a commission structure that allows you to earn 2% on every invoiced order, with longer-term opportunities to progress into Sales Management as the business continues its growth.
The ideal Business Development Manager / Specification Sales Manager will have experience selling applied HVAC products into the commercial sector, with a strong track record of specification-led sales and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be confident presenting solutions to decision-makers, managing pipelines, and driving tangible results across multiple market segments.
The Business Development Manager / Specification Sales Manager will receive:
- £55,000 – £65,000 basic salary
- 2% Commission based off invoiced orders
