We’re working with a highly respected luxury interior design studio that is looking to welcome a Senior Technical Designer to its growing team.

This is an opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most prestigious ultra-high-end residential projects, taking schemes from concept through to completion. You’ll collaborate with an exceptionally talented team, delivering beautiful bespoke interiors for high-profile private clients.

The Role:

You’ll play a key role in translating creative concepts into technically robust, buildable designs, taking ownership of the technical delivery across multiple luxury residential projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing detailed technical drawing packages and construction documentation.
  • Developing architectural layouts, space planning and bespoke joinery details.
  • Reviewing and coordinating supplier, contractor and consultant drawings.
  • Working closely with designers, consultants and clients throughout project delivery.
  • Attending site meetings and resolving technical challenges on live projects.
  • Ensuring every project is delivered to the highest technical and design standards.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience within luxury residential or hospitality interiors.
  • Degree qualified in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
  • Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional bespoke interiors.
