An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join a leading luxury interior design studio delivering prestigious hospitality and ultra-high-end residential projects across the globe.
Working as an all-round designer, you’ll lead projects from concept through to completion while mentoring junior designers and helping shape outstanding design solutions for some truly exceptional clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead luxury interior design projects through every design stage.
- Produce and oversee detailed design documentation and technical drawing packages.
- Develop creative concepts into fully deliverable schemes.
- Manage project programmes and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior designers, allocate workloads and carry out progress reviews.
- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors.
- Maintain exceptional design quality throughout project delivery.
- Attend client and consultant meetings where appropriate.
Requirements
- Around 10 years’ luxury interior design experience.
- Strong hospitality and/or luxury residential portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept through completion.
- Strong technical drawing skills with portfolio examples.
- Excellent FF&E understanding alongside technical design knowledge.
- Confident mentoring and managing junior team members.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for highly detailed luxury design.
