2058 – Senior Interior Designer & Project Manager

We’re partnering with an award-winning luxury residential interior design studio to place a Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager in its growing New York office.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing high-end residential renovations from pre-construction through final installation. You’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously — schedules, budgets, construction documentation, procurement, and client relationships — while acting as primary point of contact, leading consultant coordination and site meetings, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• 7+ years delivering luxury residential interior design or architecture projects
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar renovations
• Advanced AutoCAD skills
• Strong grasp of construction documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and consultant coordination
• NYC residential project experience highly desirable
• Organised, proactive, client-focused, with excellent communication skills
