A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Interior Architect to join a highly respected luxury interior design studio in London. With studios across London, Europe and the US, this internationally recognised design practice delivers exceptional private residences, luxury apartments and chalets across the globe.
Known for creating timeless, elegant and highly considered spaces, the studio’s work is rooted in storytelling, exceptional craftsmanship and a deep appreciation for architectural detailing, bespoke joinery and beautifully curated interiors. Working closely with the wider design team, the successful Interior Architect will play a key role in developing and delivering luxury residential projects from concept through to completion, ensuring every space is both beautifully designed and technically resolved.
Responsibilities:
- Developing interior architectural concepts and detailed design packages
- Producing technical drawing packages including plans, elevations, sections and bespoke joinery details
- Preparing construction documentation and coordinating drawing information throughout all project stages
- Collaborating with interior designers, FF&E designers, consultants and contractors to deliver cohesive design solutions
- Specifying architectural finishes, materials and interior detailing
- Coordinating with external consultants including MEP, structural and lighting teams
- Conducting site visits and supporting projects through construction and installation
- Ensuring designs are delivered to the highest level of technical accuracy and design excellence
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience as an Interior Architect within a luxury interior design or architecture studio
- Strong experience delivering high-end residential projects
- Excellent technical drawing ability with experience producing detailed drawing packages
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with Revit or Vectorworks is advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing, bespoke joinery and interior architectural packages
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes and building regulations
- Confident coordinating with consultants, contractors and wider project teams
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detai
