2024 – Senior Designer & Project Manager

Known for delivering beautifully crafted luxury homes, this boutique firm has built an outstanding reputation for its thoughtful design approach, attention to detail, and seamless project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where you’ll take ownership of prestigious residential projects from concept through to completion.

The successful candidate will lead multiple high-end residential projects, balancing creative design with strong project management. Responsibilities include overseeing design development, client presentations, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction administration, and coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, artisans, and vendors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining exceptional client relationships throughout.

We’re looking for an experienced interior designer with 7–10 years’ experience, including significant exposure to luxury residential projects. Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is essential, alongside excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing complex construction projects, sourcing high-end FF&E, and working with premium trade resources will be highly valued. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative vision with operational excellence in a fast-paced, design-led environment.
