A distinguished Architecture & Interiors studio is seeking a Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their team, known for delivering globally recognised hospitality destinations, branded residences, and luxury resort projects. From ultra-luxury resorts in the Maldives to high-profile international hotels and developments, their work is defined by a refined, forward-thinking design approach rooted in innovation and sustainability.

You will support the design process from concept through to completion, helping to develop strong design narratives, resolve technical details, and deliver high-quality interiors across all stages.
Responsibilities
Support the design and delivery of hospitality, resort, and branded residential projects across all stages, from concept through to completion
Assist in developing design concepts, narratives, and presentation materials that communicate clear, experience-led ideas
Contribute to space planning, FF&E selection, material palettes, and bespoke interior elements
Produce and develop technical drawing packages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent
Support day-to-day project coordination, helping manage deadlines, deliverables, and design outputs across multiple projects
Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to support smooth project delivery
Assist in reviewing drawings, samples, and design details to maintain quality and consistency
Support senior team members in ensuring projects are delivered in line with budget and programme requirements
Contribute to site stages, assisting with RFIs, design queries, and coordination during construction
Requirements
4–6 years’ experience in high-end hospitality or luxury residential design
Experience working on hotel, resort, or branded residential projects is highly desirable
Strong conceptual design skills with the ability to develop and communicate ideas clearly
Good technical ability, with experience producing drawing packages
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
Strong understanding of FF&E, materials, finishes, and detailing
Confident communicator with some client-facing experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different projects
Collaborative, proactive, and highly organised approach
Passion for luxury interiors with strong attention to detail
