This is a senior-level design role for a highly creative and technically accomplished Interior Designer working at the forefront of luxury hospitality and F&B design across global destinations. The studio is recognised for delivering immersive, experience-led environments that define some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, restaurants, and destination spaces.

Working across international hospitality and F&B projects, you will play a key role in shaping world-class interiors from concept through to completion, ensuring design intent is carried through with clarity, precision, and impact at every stage

Package & Perks:
Salary:£50,000 – £60,000

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to high-end hospitality and F&B projects across all stages, from concept design through to on-site delivery
  • Develop bold, experience-led design concepts that balance creativity, function, and operational performance
  • Shape immersive interior environments including spatial planning, guest journeys, and atmosphere design
  • Produce compelling presentations, concept narratives, and design storytelling using 2D and 3D tools
  • Lead FF&E direction including furniture, lighting, finishes, artwork, and bespoke design elements
  • Prepare detailed finish schedules, specifications, and material palettes to a luxury standard
  • Coordinate with consultants, operators, fabricators, and specialist suppliers across global projects
  • Support technical development including construction drawings, detailing, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews
  • Lead client presentations alongside senior leadership, communicating design vision with clarity and confidence
  • Oversee day-to-day design coordination across multiple international projects
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative studio culture
  • Integrate sustainability and material innovation into design thinking where appropriate

Requirements

  • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
  • 8–10+ years’ experience in luxury hospitality and/or F&B design, ideally with international exposure
  • Proven track record delivering high-end hotels, restaurants, or experiential hospitality environments
  • Strong conceptual ability with a clear understanding of spatial storytelling and guest experience design
  • Exceptional knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, and bespoke fabrication
  • Strong technical capability including construction documentation and detailing
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and design functionality
  • Confident client-facing communicator with experience presenting at senior level
  • Ability to lead multiple complex, fast-paced international projects simultaneously
  • Highly creative, detail-driven, and culturally aware with a strong design point of view
