They are now seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the delivery of exceptional projects from concept through to completion.

Their work spans prestigious heritage estates across the UK, with an exciting ambition to continue expanding globally. They are now seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the delivery of exceptional projects from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead super-prime residential and hospitality projects through all stages, from concept to completion and site delivery
  • Manage the day-to-day running of projects independently and within a wider team structure
  • Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and client presentations using Adobe InDesign
  • Lead client meetings with authority, responding to complex design and technical requirements
  • Design bespoke furniture, lighting, joinery, and interior detailing to the highest standard
  • Produce detailed technical drawing packages and tender documentation in AutoCAD
  • Oversee FF&E selection, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Ensure contractual design deliverables are met, supporting senior leadership where required
  • Contribute to the studio’s creative culture by sourcing and sharing design inspiration

Requirements

  • Extensive experience delivering super-prime projects from concept through to completion
  • Strong background in managing project budgets and end-to-end project delivery
  • Deep knowledge of luxury FF&E, finishes, and bespoke artisan suppliers
  • Advanced technical ability with experience producing detailed drawing packages
  • Strong understanding of materiality, detailing, and high-end craftsmanship
  • Confident client-facing communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
  • Driving Licence required – their studio is based in Tring
