Working closely with the Studio Founder and a friendly, supportive team, you’ll play a key role in bringing these exceptional projects to life, from initial concept through to final installation.This is an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be a confident all-rounder, contributing across the full design journey while working on multiple high-end hospitality projects simultaneously.

Package & Perks:

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000
Perks: 1 day WFH per week + 1 additional WFH day per month for personal appointments, collaborative team environment, direct exposure to Studio Founder, involvement in global hospitality projects, career progression opportunities & additional studio perks

Responsibilities

Support and lead projects across all stages of the design process, from concept development through to completion and installation.

Develop creative and compelling design concepts, presentations, mood boards and material palettes that communicate a strong design narrative.

Source, specify and deliver bespoke FF&E packages, including furniture, lighting, finishes and accessories.

Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD, including space planning, bespoke joinery and furniture layouts.

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.

Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all stages, ensuring the highest standard of design execution.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience within an interior design studio, ideally specialising in high-end hospitality projects.

Strong experience working across all project stages from concept through to completion.

Excellent knowledge of sourcing and specifying high-end and bespoke FF&E.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, with strong technical drawing ability.

Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
