This New York–based architecture and interior design studio is internationally recognized for its meticulous, narrative-driven approach. Working seamlessly across architecture and interiors, the practice creates immersive environments defined by material richness, layered storytelling, and careful attention to detail. Their portfolio spans some of the most influential hospitality and residential projects globally.
The studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their hospitality team, leading projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for someone with a background in design-led hospitality, such as members’ clubs, boutique hotels, bars, and restaurants. The ideal candidate should understand how to translate brand identity and narrative into highly detailed, emotionally resonant interiors.
This person will bring a strong point of view to FF&E, with proven experience sourcing and developing furniture, lighting, textiles, and objects that contribute to a cohesive design story. A sensitivity to atmosphere, guest experience, and the operational realities of hospitality environments is essential. Responsibilities include developing concept-driven FF&E schemes, producing detailed specifications, designing furniture plans, managing custom pieces, and overseeing budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination.
You will collaborate closely with internal architectural teams, clients, operators, and consultants, contributing to presentations that clearly articulate both design intent and narrative. Involvement through installation is key, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard and aligns with the overall vision.
This is an opportunity to join one of New York City’s most respected design studios, working on culturally influential, story-driven hospitality projects within a highly creative and collaborative environment.
