We’re excited to be partnering with an AD100-recognised interior design studio known for its refined, detail-led residential work. With projects across the US and internationally, the studio has built a reputation for its luxury aesthetic and truly bespoke approach to high-end living.

They’re now looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential projects from concept through to completion. You’ll work closely with the principals, help shape the overall design direction, manage client relationships, and see projects through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading projects across all phases of interior design, from concept development through construction documentation, procurement, installation, and final punch list
  • Work directly with senior leadership to support and lead client presentations and meetings
  • Manage and coordinate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and client proposals with precision
  • Source high-end furniture, fabrics, lighting, fixtures, and finishes aligned with project vision and budget parameters
  • Lead DD discussions with architects, contractors, consultants, and external vendors
  • Conduct site visits and oversee on-site progress to ensure design intent is executed at the highest standard
  • Demonstrate an informed understanding of luxury furnishings, materials, and vendor resources
  • Troubleshoot design and construction challenges proactively and efficiently
  • Oversee project organisation with attention to detail and accountability from start to finish

 

About You

  • 6+ years experience in interior design
  • 3+ years in high-end residential projects, including ground-up builds and full renovations
  • Degree in Interior Design or related discipline
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino and Studio Designer
  • Confident, articulate communicator with strong client-facing experience
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple live projects
