We are excited to be partnering with an architecture and design studio recognised in the AD100 for its outstanding work across residential and hospitality projects. Known for a historically informed design approach, the studio’s portfolio includes private homes, members’ clubs, boutique hotels, and award-winning bars and restaurants.
Our client is seeking an emerging Designer with a developing skill set in design development, visualisation, and documentation. This detail-oriented and driven individual will support projects across all stages while continuing to build their expertise and responsibilities.
The role includes contributing to visual materials, assisting with mood boards and design narratives, developing 3D models and renderings, sourcing materials, and supporting FF&E selections. You will also help prepare drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation.
You will be expected to present work clearly internally, maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality, and gradually take on construction administration tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and site reports. Close collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and suppliers will be essential.
Applicants must have strong proficiency in relevant design software and excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and enthusiasm for learning are essential.
The studio offers excellent progression opportunities, long-term career growth, a positive working culture, hybrid working, and generous PTO.
