We’re delighted to be partnering with an architecture and design studio recognised by the AD100 as a global leader in design.
Known for creating exceptional homes and hospitality spaces, the studio is celebrated for its historically informed approach, bringing a sensitivity to history and landscape into contemporary design. Their portfolio includes private residences, members’ clubs, boutique hotels, and acclaimed bars and restaurants, each designed to feel both beautiful and purposeful.
You will be a creative, detail-oriented professional supporting design development across all project stages, from concept to completion. You contribute to ideas, visualisation, documentation, and coordination, helping maintain continuity throughout the project lifecycle.
You assist with presentations, mood boards, narratives, 3D modelling, renderings, material research, and FF&E selection, as well as sketches and drawings. Clear and considered presentation of work is key.
You are also responsible for producing and coordinating technical documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, schedules, and budgets, alongside supporting construction administration tasks such as RFIs, submittals, and site reviews. The role involves close collaboration with consultants and vendors, and communication of design intent to junior team members.
Candidates typically hold a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and have 5+ years experience in a respected design practice. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is expected, along with excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills. A solid understanding of materials, space planning, and construction processes is essential.
