You will manage multiple live projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, balancing creative ambition with budgets, timelines, and real-world delivery. This includes engaging with vendors, attending site meetings, and contributing to the smooth execution of projects. The role also involves designing high-end private single-family homes in prestigious locations, with occasional travel to Miami (up to once a month) expected.

Strong skills in SketchUp and Enscape are essential, along with solid technical proficiency in AutoCAD for producing detailed drawing packages.
