Delivering exceptional hospitality and residential projects across a global portfolio, this role offers an opportunity for a Project FF&E Designer to take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of FF&E packages from concept through to completion.

Working closely with Senior and Associate Designers, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing design schemes ensuring all FF&E is sourced, specified, and delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the overall design vision.

The role spans all stages of the design process, from supporting early concept development through to technical coordination, procurement, and installation. It requires strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery and the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of FF&E packages across multiple projects
  • Support concept development and ensure design intent is carried through to completion
  • Source, specify, and manage procurement of FF&E in line with budget and programme
  • Prepare and manage FF&E schedules and documentation
  • Coordinate with designers, clients, suppliers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Oversee workflow and delegate tasks to Graduate, Junior, and Midweight Designers
  • Review team output to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality
  • Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates and reports
  • Conduct site visits to monitor installation and maintain quality control
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of studio processes and standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an FF&E Designer, with ownership of project delivery or multiple packages
  • Experience across sectors such as hospitality, residential, F&B, or retail
  • Strong knowledge of FF&E sourcing, specification, and procurement processes
  • Experience taking projects from concept through to handover, including site involvement
  • Confident managing workloads, timelines, and junior team members
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to work to budgets
  • Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software
