1771 – Senior Interior Architectural Designer

A globally renowned architecture and interior design studio, based in the heart of Manhattan and celebrated for its luxurious and unique residential projects, is seeking a talented Senior Interior Architectural Designer to join its vibrant and collaborative team. This role will primarily focus on an exceptional private residence in the English countryside, while also contributing to a number of prestigious residential projects across New York.

As a Senior Designer, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to align on project priorities and ensure design continuity from concept through execution. You’ll be responsible for developing and refining design solutions based on approved concepts, producing detailed plans and elevations, and drafting construction set documentation, including millwork and technical interior details for the client’s team. You will take part in client meetings, assist in addressing RFIs, and help respond to design-related questions. The role also involves creating and maintaining finish schedules, keeping CAD files current, and preparing presentation and meeting materials.
