1766 – Senior Interior Designer

We are excited to partner with an an award-winning, multidisciplinary design studio specializing in high-end hospitality and residential interiors. Their firm is dedicated to creating environments for boutique hotels, restaurants, and luxury multi-family developments. Our client is now looking for a Senior Designer to lead their hospitality projects from concept through to completion ensuring every space tells a unique story.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptual development and creative direction for boutique hospitality and luxury amenity spaces.
• Manage project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution oversight.
• Direct the sourcing, specification, and development of custom FF&E, bespoke furniture, and specialized finishes.
• Manage consultant workflows and ensure technical drawings align with the overarching design intent.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, articulating design narratives and managing expectations through all project phases.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience specifically within hospitality design (restaurants, hotels, or high-end multi-family).
• A professional degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• Able to hand sketch and use 3D visualization to communicate concepts.
• Advanced expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong body of work demonstrating brand-driven storytelling and a deep knowledge of materials and FF&E.
