Combining refined design with strong technical delivery, the team works across all stages of a project, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest possible standard.

Package & Perks:
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural and technical delivery of high-end residential projects from concept through to construction, ensuring design intent is maintained and projects are delivered to an exceptional standard.
  • Manage and coordinate consultant teams, contractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, technical and construction information.
  • Produce and oversee detailed drawing packages including construction details, spatial coordination and bespoke joinery documentation.
  • Manage project documentation, tender packages and technical information while supporting project timelines, programmes and budgets.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to a collaborative studio culture and maintaining high design and technical standards.
  • Support the construction phase through RFI management, shop drawing reviews, site coordination and final project handover.

Requirements:

  • RIBA Part III (or equivalent) with approximately 7+ years’ experience, ideally within a London-based luxury residential design studio.
  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects across multiple RIBA work stages, including construction and site coordination.
  • Strong technical expertise including architectural detailing, construction documentation and bespoke joinery packages.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office, with Adobe Creative Suite considered beneficial.
  • Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and construction coordination.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships with clients and consultants.
