1760 – Project Manager – Luxury Residential

We’re working with a fast growing New York–based luxury interior design studio that specializes in high-end residential projects around the world. Known for creating refined, bespoke interiors, the team is respected for its attention to detail, and thoughtful, sophisticated design style.
They’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized and design focused to join a fast paced studio and oversee prestigious residential projects from concept through installation.

You will be responsible for…

• Leading multiple large-scale residential projects from initial concept through final installation
• Managing all FF&E procurement and maintaining detailed budget spreadsheets
• Producing drawings, elevations, and floor plans in AutoCAD
• Designing custom furniture and millwork solutions
• Sourcing high-end finish materials and managing vendor relationships
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained
• Monitoring project budgets and implementing value-engineering solutions when needed
• Preparing presentations and leading client meetings with confidence
• Traveling to domestic and international job sites as required
• Ensuring timely delivery of all project phases while managing multiple deadlines

You will have…

• 6+ years of experience in luxury residential interior design
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office (Revit a plus)
• Extensive experience with FF&E specification and procurement
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure
• Exceptional verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills
• A polished professional presence and strong presentation abilities
