A boutique Notting Hill studio renowned for creating elegant, luxurious, and bespoke residential interiors are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their lovely team. Projects range from listed London residences and New York townhouses to large country estates, lakeside properties, and select hospitality projects, including an iconic London hotel and restaurant.
The studio delivers projects from inception through all design stages, FF&E procurement, and installation, collaborating closely with architects, consultants, and specialist craftspeople.

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential and hospitality projects from concept to completion
- Manage and mentor junior designers and midweight team members
- Conduct site visits, lead meetings, and liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and critical path items
- Produce and review high-quality technical drawings, FF&E specifications, and tender documentation
- Support and supervise FF&E procurement and installations
- Contribute to studio processes and uphold brand standards
- Represent the studio at industry events and support business development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in interior design, with a focus on luxury residential or hospitality projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Proficient in Vectorworks ( AutoCAD users must be comfortable transitioning to Vectorworks)
- Experience with ESTI for FF&E procurement
