This firm is now seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead and manage complex projects from initial concept through construction administration, installation, and final handover. This role requires guiding project teams, coordinating with consultants and multidisciplinary collaborators, and ensuring design quality and consistency throughout all phases. Strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate design ideas clearly and confidently are essential.

Responsibilities include developing and reviewing design and construction documentation, proposing solutions through all phases of a project, preparing architectural drawings and presentation materials, researching materials, and assembling specifications. The role also involves overseeing schedules, drawing logs, and documentation standards, as well as mentoring junior and intermediate team members. A thorough understanding of architectural vocabulary, building systems, and construction methods is required, and proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
