We are partnering with a leading global architecture and design firm as they expand their London studio with the addition of a Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of 6 years’ experience across all stages of interior design. The studio delivers high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, providing the opportunity to lead and shape a diverse portfolio of creative, design-driven environments.
In this senior role, the successful candidate will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, leading the design process and ensuring the delivery of refined, sophisticated interiors. They will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams, mentoring junior designers while guiding design development and maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for preparing compelling design presentations, including sketches, imagery, material studies, and mood boards, as well as developing detailed working drawings, construction details, joinery, and specifications. You will translate creative concepts into fully resolved interiors, applying their expertise in space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, and specification writing. Previous experience in high-end hospitality or residential projects, along with a deep knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and supplier networks, is essential.
Strong communication and presentation skills are critical for client engagement and internal collaboration. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate technical proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, alongside Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
