They are now looking for a Middleweight Interior Designer with strong FF&E expertise to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer with luxury residential experience who is confident across both creative concept development and technical delivery, and who enjoys working within a highly design-led environment.

Package & Perks:
Salary: £32,000 – £42,000

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from concept through to completion, developing design schemes across layout, materials, lighting, and bespoke elements in line with the overall vision.
  • Manage FF&E packages including sourcing, specification, budgeting, procurement, and installation coordination.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings, tender packages, schedules, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Design and develop bespoke furniture, upholstery, lighting, and joinery, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, attending site meetings and resolving technical or installation queries to ensure the highest standard of delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ postgraduate experience in luxury residential interior design within the UK.
  • Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
  • Strong FF&E knowledge with proven experience managing specifications, budgets, and procurement processes.
  • Full proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience producing detailed design intent packages.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects confidently and work both independently and collaboratively.
