A thriving New York City design practice is expanding to London with a new Chelsea office, and they are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join the team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on bespoke, high-end residential projects, assisting in sourcing and curating unique furniture, finishes, and antiques that define each home’s character. You will play a key role in shaping the London studio as it grows, working closely with senior team members and collaborating regularly with the New York studio to ensure consistency, quality, and creative alignment.

As an Interior Designer, you will support all aspects of design, with a strong focus on FF&E and custom furnishings. You will help source antiques, oversee custom furniture fabrication, track orders, and assist in creating finishes palettes and presentation decks. Your work will ensure that every project delivers a highly personalised, carefully curated result for clients. You’ll also participate in floor plan development, review shop drawings, assist on-site visits, and maintain meticulous project documentation. Regular travel to the New York studio will provide the opportunity to work closely with the team there and immerse yourself in their collaborative, high-end design approach.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of residential interior design experience, with hands-on FF&E sourcing and a deep appreciation for bespoke and antique pieces. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Studio Designer, and Photoshop is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under guidance. Flexibility, collaboration, and a proactive approach are key, as you’ll work closely with senior designers while expanding your expertise in high-end, curated interiors.

This is an extremely rare opportunity to grow within a prestigious international practice, contribute to remarkable, highly personalised homes, and help build a vibrant new London studio. Remote work is available on Mondays and Fridays, with opportunities to travel to New York to collaborate with the NYC studio as projects require.
