1670 – Project Manager – Interior Architecture

We are partnering with a boutique residential design studio in Brooklyn, known for creating highly bespoke private homes.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex residential projects from design development through installation and closeout. You will manage schedules, documentation, and coordination across multiple projects, collaborating closely with designers, contractors, vendors, and fabricators. You will also support sourcing and specification of finishes and furnishings, oversee construction documentation, and ensure decisions are tracked and executed efficiently.

This is a client-facing role that requires confident, professional communication with private clients and internal teams. You will manage expectations, provide timely updates, and help deliver a high-touch, design-driven client experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to keep multiple projects moving smoothly under pressure.

Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in interior design project management, architecture, or related fields, with a proven record managing high-end private residential projects. Strong judgment, attention to detail, and accountability are essential.
