They are currently seeking a Senior FF&E Designer to join their hospitality team and take a lead role on high-profile projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-driven designer with a passion for luxury interiors and a strong understanding of global suppliers, materials, and design trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of FF&E concepts, mood boards, and narratives for high-end hospitality projects
- Specify FF&E, finishes, hardware, and sanitaryware in line with design intent, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare FF&E specification books and coordinate scheduling and cost control with project teams
- Collaborate closely with designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Review shop drawings, samples, and technical submissions to maintain design integrity
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to maintaining FF&E standards and best practices
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ FF&E experience, ideally within luxury hospitality environments
- Strong creative eye with excellent attention to detail and material storytelling
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (DotStudio advantageous)
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently
