They are currently looking to appoint a Senior Interior Designer to join their hospitality team in Central London. This role suits an experienced designer who enjoys leading complex projects from concept through to completion and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead hospitality projects across all design stages, from briefing and concept through to delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring design quality, consistency, and deadlines are met
- Develop creative concepts, space planning, material palettes, and FF&E strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub-consultants
- Oversee budgets, procurement processes, and project resources effectively
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with senior leadership and wider teams
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years’ experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or F&B projects
- Strong creative design capability with an excellent eye for detail, materials, and quality
- Confident project leader able to manage complex projects from concept to completion
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office (DotStudio advantageous)
