1641 – Senior Interior Designer

The studio is currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead high-end residential projects from initial concept through final completion. This role places a strong emphasis on project management, construction documentation, and FF&E. Responsibilities include developing spatial layouts and detailed drawing sets, curating and specifying FF&E, and overseeing the daily progression of projects. The Senior Interior Designer will work closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity, schedules, and budgets are maintained, while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key responsibilities encompass directing the production of comprehensive construction documentation, creating mood boards and client presentations, managing FF&E procurement and installation, and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout all phases of each project.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of professional interior design experience, along with exceptional organizational and project management skills and a strong attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and cultivate strong client and vendor relationships is essential.
