Responsibilities:
Lead the design and delivery of multiple luxury residential projects from concept through to completion.
Develop compelling design concepts, mood boards, FF&E schemes and client presentations.
Act as a senior brand representative, confidently presenting ideas and building trusted client relationships.
Oversee project budgets, timelines and quality control, ensuring delivery to the highest standard.
Produce and manage detailed technical drawing packages, specifications, schedules and costings.
Source and specify high-quality FF&E, finishes and materials, maintaining strong supplier and artisan relationships.
Collaborate closely with architects, consultants and specialists to ensure seamless project coordination.
Lead, mentor and support junior designers, fostering creativity, growth and excellence within the team.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure impeccable execution and design integrity.
Requirements:
Minimum 6+ years’ experience in interior design, with strong luxury residential experience (high-end hospitality beneficial).
Expertise in space planning, concept development and full project delivery.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
Strong technical knowledge, including construction methods and value engineering.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop essential).
Experience with SketchUp or similar 3D software beneficial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients and suppliers.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to balance creative and technical demands.
