Salary
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000
Responsibilities
- Prepare concept presentations using Adobe InDesign
- Support architectural and FF&E space planning in Vectorworks
- Produce detailed drawing packages including GAs, RCPs, lighting plans, elevations and joinery details
- Develop and workshop design details such as joinery and panelling using SketchUp
- Assist in creating and managing project budgets and schedules in Excel
- Source and specify FF&E across a range of budgets, including bespoke pieces
- Support founders and senior designers during client meetings and presentations
- Build relationships with suppliers, makers and subcontractors
- Attend site visits and assist with overseeing construction progress
- Coordinate aspects of FF&E procurement, delivery and final installation
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Interior Design
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in luxury residential design
- Experience working across RIBA stages 0–6
- Comfortable supporting 2–3 live projects at varying stages
- Confident supporting client meetings and presentations
- Strong supplier knowledge across finishes and FF&E
- On-site experience liaising with contractors and suppliers
- Highly competent in Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite & Excel
