Our client is an award-winning, mid-sized architecture and design firm renowned for its legacy of classicism and its ability to create timeless, contemporary architecture. The practice is known for designing distinctive and memorable country and city residences.
They are currently seeking a Project Architect to join their collaborative, mid-sized team. In this role, you will support project proposals and schedules while developing clear work plans that define scope, timelines, and resources. You will coordinate closely with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects remain aligned, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities also include tracking project progress, internal costs, invoicing, and consultant expenses, as well as assisting with contracts, amendments, and change orders.
You will be responsible for managing project budgets through detailed cost tracking, forecasting, and value optimization. The role involves leading project teams, fostering collaboration, and proactively identifying and addressing risks or issues. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide regular updates, maintain thorough project documentation, and prepare progress reports for key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will present a portfolio that demonstrates strong design capability and thoughtful problem-solving within a client-driven design process. Familiarity with classical design along with proven project experience using Revit.
