Their portfolio includes some of the most exclusive hotels, resorts, and hospitality destinations worldwide.
They are now seeking a talented Associate Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, creative designer ready to take the next step in their career, contributing to concept-driven hospitality projects from early design stages through to on-site delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leadership while playing an active, hands-on role across multiple international projects.

Package & Perks:
- Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to concept development and design execution across luxury hospitality projects from initial idea through to completion.
- Produce high-quality design presentations, mood boards, layouts, and drawings that clearly communicate design intent.
- Support project delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Participate in on-site project involvement, assisting with site visits, installations, and quality control.
- Ensure design solutions are detail-driven, cohesive, and aligned with brand, budget, and project requirements.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and project leads, supporting the delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working on hospitality or high-end interior design projects within a studio environment.
- Strong skills in concept development, spatial planning, and design execution.
- Experience liaising with clients and supporting on-site project management.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- A creative, proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
