They are now seeking an experienced Senior FF&E Designer to join their growing studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled FF&E specialist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for sourcing exceptional furniture, finishes, and materials. The role offers full ownership of FF&E design from concept through procurement and installation, working across prestigious, design-led projects in the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities: - Lead FF&E packages from initial concept through procurement and final installation, ensuring alignment with the overall interior design vision.
- Design, document, and coordinate bespoke furniture, fittings, and finishes, producing detailed FF&E layouts, schedules, and specifications.
- Source new, custom, antique, and vintage FF&E items, building strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and purchasing agents.
- Manage FF&E budgets, procurement schedules, and tracking, reviewing quotations and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review shop drawings, samples, and prototypes to ensure quality, compliance, and design intent are met.
- Mentor and support junior FF&E team members, encouraging skill development, collaboration, and design excellence.
Requirements:
- 10–15 years’ proven experience in FF&E design, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
- Degree (BA minimum) in Interior Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing FF&E from concept through completion, including procurement and on-site installation.
- Strong knowledge of luxury furniture, finishes, materials, and suppliers, with an established industry network.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Studio Designer is advantageous.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to lead projects and manage multiple deadlines confidently.
