They are seeking an experienced Project Lead  to provide strategic, creative, and technical leadership across multiple high-end projects. This is a senior role for a confident design leader who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment and is passionate about delivering design excellence from concept through completion.

Package & Perks:

  • Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple luxury residential projects from concept through completion, ensuring design quality, technical excellence, budgets, and timelines are consistently met.
  • Manage and mentor Senior, Midweight, and Junior Designers, providing clear direction, support, and professional development across project teams.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of projects, coordinating closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Review and approve design proposals, presentations, drawings, specifications, and documentation prior to client and leadership sign-off.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication, confident leadership, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Represent the studio as a brand ambassador, upholding design standards, values, and reputation across all client, consultant, and public-facing interactions.

Requirements:

  • Degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years’ experience delivering high-end residential or luxury interior projects from concept through completion.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects, teams, budgets, and timelines within a design-led environment.
  • Strong technical expertise, with the ability to oversee detailed drawings, specifications, and consultant coordination.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; experience with Studio Designer is advantageous.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the confidence to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
