We are partnering with a visionary hospitality design studio that is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join their well-established, design-led team. This studio is renowned for delivering high-profile hospitality projects, with a strong focus on hotels and premium FF&E-led interiors.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple interior design projects simultaneously

Take full ownership of projects from concept through to completion

Maintain a strong on-site presence to ensure design intent is delivered accurately

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

Produce, review, and manage detailed drawing and specification packages
-
Lead FF&E packages, including specification, schedules, procurement support, and installation
-
Attend and actively contribute to client, consultant, and site meetings
-
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard

Support and collaborate with junior team members when required
Requirements

Strong background in hotel and hospitality interior design

Proven ability to run multiple projects concurrently

Extensive site experience with the confidence to resolve issues efficiently

Excellent FF&E knowledge and hands-on experience

Strong technical understanding with exceptional attention to detail
