They are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with strong project management skills to lead projects from concept through installation. This role requires a designer with solid architectural knowledge, advanced technical drawing skills, and a refined, discerning design sensibility.

The ideal candidate has a cultivated design eye and an exceptional sense of proportion, materiality, and detail. They seamlessly bridge the worlds of interior design and architecture, think fluently in both plan and elevation, and have a deep understanding of construction methods. With excellent communication and collaboration skills, they take full ownership of projects, leading design development, producing detailed drawings, specifying materials, preparing client presentations, managing scope, budgets, and schedules, coordinating with architects, contractors, and consultants, overseeing installation and quality control, and mentoring junior designers while maintaining clear communication with all project stakeholders.
