We’re thrilled to partner with an award-winning, multidisciplinary design firm celebrated for its stunning portfolio across residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces. Their interiors are a masterful blend of timeless elegance and contemporary edge, layered with materials and details that inspire, endure, and leave a lasting impression.
This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer who thrives on ownership, pushes creative boundaries, and works collaboratively with colleagues, consultants, and clients. You bring a bold vision grounded in meticulous discipline, mentor others, and actively contribute to a studio culture defined by authenticity, generosity, and respect. In this role, you will lead projects from concept through completion, directing design strategy, crafting compelling client presentations, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and consultants.
You will oversee all aspects of project execution, including documentation, construction detailing, meeting coordination, and guiding teams to ensure design intent is realized, budgets and schedules are met, and every deliverable exceeds expectations. Your role will also encompass construction administration, conducting site observations, reviewing submittals and RFIs, and preparing punch lists, while inspiring and mentoring junior designers along the way.
Our client is seeking candidates with 8+ years of professional interior design experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for creating spaces that captivate and endure. The firm offers a competitive compensation package, generous PTO, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, professional development opportunities, and support for licensure and certifications.
