Package & Perks:

  • Salary: £55,000–£65,000 per year

Requirements:

Lead and contribute to interior design projects across all phases, from programming to construction documentation, ensuring client goals and budgets are met.

Specify furniture, lighting, artwork, finishes, and materials to create cohesive and inspiring interior experiences.

Produce 2D and 3D presentations, renderings, and construction drawings to communicate design intent.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and fabricators; manage project timelines, deliverables, and construction administration including RFIs, COs, and shop drawing reviews.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.

Integrate sustainable design solutions, apply environmentally responsible practices, and manage multiple complex projects using Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3D Studio Max, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite.
