1569 – Project Manager

Our client, a highly sought after boutique design firm in New York City, seeks a versatile Senior Project Manager to manage complex residential projects from concept to completion.

This role calls for a calm, organized leader who can balance multiple timelines, personalities, and project threads while guiding design from concept through completion. You will oversee internal teams, manage client relationships, and coordinate consultants, contractors, and fabricators to ensure every detail is executed with clarity and intent.

You will lead projects through all phases, developing workplans and schedules, directing conceptual and technical design, and ensuring fidelity to the design vision. Responsibilities include managing Revit models and drawing sets, integrating consultant work, overseeing permitting and approvals, and supporting construction through RFIs, submittals, and site coordination.

As the primary client liaison, you will run meetings, present work clearly, document decisions, and maintain strong, transparent communication. Internally, you will set a healthy project cadence, assign and review work, and mentor junior staff through thoughtful guidance and collaborative problem-solving.

Candidates should have a professional architecture degree and 6–10 years of experience, including project leadership. Strong proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, along with experience in NYC approvals, technical documentation, and high-end residential or adaptive-reuse projects.
